Fitly

Terms of use

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Mohammad Khalis Yusuf Mustaqim (“Fitly”, “we”) for the Fitly apps on iPhone and Android. The privacy policy at https://fitly.id/privacy explains how personal information is handled. By creating an account or buying a subscription, you agree to both.

The service

Fitly helps you log meals, training, measurements, and progress, and to estimate nutrition from what you enter or photograph. Community features let you publish posts, recipes, and routines, and follow other people.

Fitly is a coaching and logging tool. It is not a doctor, dietitian, or medical device. Calorie targets, body ratings, and photo estimates can be wrong. Do not use Fitly to diagnose, treat, or decide to ignore professional care. Get medical advice before changing diet or training if you are injured, pregnant, or managing a condition.

Accounts

You can sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You must be at least 16. Keep the account to yourself. The username, photo, and bio you publish can be seen by other people according to the privacy setting on your profile.

You can delete the account in Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion removes the account from Fitly. It does not, by itself, cancel a store subscription.

Subscriptions

Fitly offers auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store and Google Play. The store shows the price in your local currency before you confirm. A price in the app is the store’s price. If the store has not loaded yet, the app may show a placeholder.

Current plans:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account. The subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings after purchase. Deleting the Fitly account, or deleting the app, does not cancel the subscription.

Unused trial time is lost when you buy a subscription, where the store applies that rule. Prices can change for a later period. The store will tell you when it is required to.

Restore purchases in the paywall puts an existing subscription back on this sign-in.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Fitly does not receive your card number.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text, photos, recipes, and routines you submit. You give Fitly permission to host, display, and back them up so the service can run. That permission covers showing a public post, recipe, or routine to other people, and showing a private account only as your settings allow. It ends when you delete the content or the account, except for copies already stored in someone else’s device or required for a report, a backup, or the law.

Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

Community rules

You may not use Fitly to:

You can report a post, recipe, routine, or account in the app, and you can block an account. We may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules. We are not obliged to host any particular post.

Health connections

Apple Health and Health Connect are optional. You choose what Fitly may read or write. Fitly uses that data for your own logs and analytics, as described in the privacy policy. Health data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Acceptable use of the app

Do not reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it, do not probe or overload it, and do not use it to build a competing dataset of other people’s content. Food databases bundled in the app are for your logging inside Fitly.

Our rights

Fitly, the mascot, and the app’s design belong to Mohammad Khalis Yusuf Mustaqim or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of the app. If we provide the app under the Apple or Google standard license terms as well, those store terms still apply to the download.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided as it is. Estimates, scores, and charts can be incomplete or wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for training or nutrition decisions you make from the app.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Store terms

If you downloaded Fitly from Apple, Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Claims about the app are between you and Fitly, except for Apple’s own rules on product liability, legal compliance, and intellectual property. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for the iOS app and may enforce them.

If you downloaded Fitly from Google Play, Google is not responsible for the app. Play’s terms apply to the download and to billing.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Fitly and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or stop the service. Sections that should survive, including content already shared, disclaimers, and store terms, still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app or by email when we can. Continuing to use Fitly after the update means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, delete the account and cancel the subscription in the store.
